The qualifying tournament will award four tickets to the main draw, the Mifel Tennis Open 2022 officially starts this Saturday.
The fans, who for the first time will visit the stands of the Cabo Sport Complex, will be the animators of the Qualy that will be played on Saturday and Sunday.
Among the players who will seek to obtain a place in the main draw will be the Mexicans Emilio Bravo, who will face the Australian Max Purcell and Luis Carlos Alvarez against the Argentine Gonzalo Villanueva, and his compatriot Matias Franco Descotte will play against Aziz Dougaz of Tunisia.
Colombians Juan Sebastian Gomez and Nicolas Barrientos will also play against Australian Rinky Hijikata and Greek Michail Pervolarakis, respectively.
For the local tennis players, the Mexican Rodrigo Pacheco, 17 years old and who reached the quarter finals in the junior category of the Australian Open and Roland Garros, in addition to Alejandro Hernandez, received a wild card to participate in the main draw.
